About Kansai University
Kansai University’s philosophy is to harmonize academia and society as well as to cultivate human resources who are capable in the real world. Kansai University strives to develop human resources possessing both the skills and the will to overcome the difficulties of our increasingly uncertain society. Our highly skilled and motivated people will have the ability to create a new future based on a deep respect for diversity. Currently, Kansai University has 13 faculties: Law, Letters, Economics, Business and Commerce, Sociology, Policy Studies, Foreign Language Studies, Health and Well-being, Informatics, Societal Safety Sciences, Engineering Science, Environmental and Urban Engineering, Chemistry, Materials and Bioengineering. The University also has graduate schools – School of Law and School of Accountancy – as well as the Japanese Language and Culture Program. The university never stops to develop.
How to get to Osaka?
Kansai International Airport (KIX) is located in the south Osaka. There are many direct frights to KIX from
many major cities in the world.

How to get from the airport to the conference venue?
From Kansai International Airport (KIX):
By train:
Ride an Superexpress HARUKA (JR line) from Kansai International Airport Station, get off at Shin Osaka Station, transfer to Osaka Metro, and ride an Osaka Metro from Shin Osaka Station to Kandaimae Station through Minamikata Station (The trip takes about 90 minutes.)
By bus and train:
Ride an Superexpress HARUKA (JR line) from Kansai International Airport Station, get off at Shin Osaka Station, transfer to Osaka Metro, and ride an Osaka Metro from Shin Osaka Station to Kandaimae Station through Minamikata Station (The trip takes about 90 minutes.)
From Osaka International Airport (ITAMI airport):
Ride an Osaka Monorail bound for Kadoma-shi from Osaka Airport Station, get off at Yamada Station, transfer to Hankyu Railway, and then get off at Kandaimae Station. (The trip takes about 30 minutes.)
