Registration policy

In order to participate in the conference all authors are required to pay the registration fee. At least one author per paper must register by 15th June 2023 to be listed in the conference program.

Reduced early bird fee is offered to all participants who register and pay the fee by 23:59 of 15th June 2023 (JST,GMT + 9). Both early bird and standard fees include a discount for APRIA members who have paid the annual membership fee for the current year. If you are not an APRIA member but planning to join the Association, we would suggest you acquire the membership before completing the conference registration form as the required conference fee will be lower. The online APRIA membership form and the description of membership benefits (including subscription to the Asia-Pacific Journal of Risk and Insurance) are available at https://www.apria.org/ launch

Any cancellation received in writing before 10th July 2023 will be refunded less 13,000JPY(equivalent to 100 USD) in administration fee. For any reasons, cancellations received after 10th July 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.

Online-registration deadline: 23:59 of 10th July 2023 (JST,GMT + 9)

Complimentary attendance is offered to APRIA Institutional Members, Travel Scholarship Recipients,and Guest Speakers.

The website registration has already terminated. If you want to register, please fill in the document and send it to apria2023conference@gmail.com . Please be aware that you can pay your registration fee at the registration desk only by Japanese cash (credit card and other electric money are not available).
